Order records are private to the customer and authorized staff; delivery details are shared with the courier when processed.
Enter your pincode at checkout to see available couriers and the shipping amount before placing your order. Delivery times are estimates. Tracking is shown after verified carrier information is available.
Contact support with your order reference for damaged or incorrect items, or to request a return or refund review. Signed-in customers can submit requests from their order details. Eligibility is reviewed by support; submitting a request does not automatically approve a return or refund.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Orders are confirmed after payment capture is verified securely by our server.
